For the second Friday in a row I am ending the week with an old drawing. This one is from over three years ago, and judging from the number of notes it has received on Tumblr (over 2800), I'd say it seems to resonate with lots of folks.
Found a wonderful quote today, must share....If it doesn't inspire you, perhaps nothing will... let's see...
by Jim Jarmusch
"Nothing is original.
Steal from anywhere that resonates with inspiration or fuels your imagination.
Devour old films, music, books, paintings, photographs, poems, dreams,
random conversations, architecture, bridges, street signs, trees, clouds, bodies of water, light and shadows.
Select only things to steal from that speak directly to your soul.
If you do this, your work (and theft) will be authentic.
Authenticity is invaluable; originality is non-existent.
And don't bother concealing your thievery – celebrate it if you feel like it. In any case, always remember what jean-luc godard said:
'it's not where you take things from –
it's where you take them to.'"

If they did they would we would casually say hi in passing.
Then once again taking the same journey our life’s were pulled back to the lakes, unbeknown to either of us. Living in London for 4 years we both thought we would stay in the thick of it, surround ourselves with all that creativity and inspiration, and enhance our career paths. How wrong we were…
V got a job as a graphic designer at Thorp Creative and R got a job as a model, model assistant and stylist working for Annabel Williams, the Aspire CPT. V contacted R and that was that…
